Media Option is looking for a resourceful Content Strategist who has a strong content background and spent a lot of time in the digital space—must really understand how to deliver content to the web, the full content journey, strategy, strong writing skills, and an understanding of SEO.

 About the role:

The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing a content strategy based on client’s business objectives or end user’s needs. Work with clients and agencies to identify which media platforms would be best suited to advertising our client’s product or service and help clients to maximize the success of their advertising campaigns through the use of a range of media. Must have a background both search and display advertising experience and creativity to develop successful content strategy that can help our clients’ campaigns reach their target audiences and analyze the campaigns’ success. Utilize experience and expertise to oversee the executing of campaigns from beginning to end.

 

 Job Descriptions

 ▪   Develop content marketing plan.

 ▪   Set guidelines for the tone, style and voice of all brand content.

 ▪   Set content strategy so content is consistent and compelling across all delivery streams.

 ▪   Develop effective media recommendation and plan using Google Ads, Facebook, native advertising, and LINE Ad Platform (LAP).

 ▪   Proactive in researching online trends, keyword, SEO search, New Media and Tools and analyzing competitors’ spending for planning purpose.

 ▪   Identify consumer insight opportunities and analyze target’s media behavior and generate ideas around trending topics.

 ▪   Ensure the content plan covers all relevant channels (e.g. search, EDMs, social posts, website blogs, etc.).

 ▪   Ensure all contents are engaging, impactful and designed to deliver results.

 ▪   Work proactively with content partners—influencers, bloggers, third party media to identify opportunities for content placement and how it is delivered.

 ▪   Monitor and manage campaign budgets, negotiate costs to ensure they are within the budgets.

 ▪   Proofread and edit written material before posting.

▪   Collaborate with client to come up with the right content strategy.

 ▪   Collaborate with other internal and external teams in a cross-functional capacity to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and expectations.

 ▪   Recommend effective content strategy and confidently present well-thought-out presentation to client.

▪  Monitor and analyze what’s working and what isn’t with regard to the brand’s content marketing efforts (e.g. conversions and bounce rates).

  

Experience & Skills:

 ▪   Thai nationality.

 ▪   Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.

 ▪   3 years of working experience in digital media planning.

 ▪   Have analytical abilities necessary to gather key business and user insights and apply their strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated.

 ▪   Have ability to compellingly communicate a brand’s story, and a design sensibility to envision how content will be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics or multimedia presentations.

 ▪   Have a firm understanding of user experience and strong search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills.

 ▪   Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools

 ▪   Solid copywriting and editing skills in Thai.

 ▪   Have digital marketing skills in planning Google Ads, Facebook, native advertising, LAP.

 ▪   Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 ▪   Computer skills - MS Office, Excel, Power point.

 ▪   Energetic with good personality and interpersonal skill.

  

Special Skills Preferred Personality:

  • Knowledge of content presentation, delivery, and monetization
  • Have campaign experience
  • Be approachable and helpful when working closely with other members of internal and external
